Our hummingbird season is over.

The last hummingbird we saw this year was on September 21st, which was a week later than they usually leave. We took down our two feeders about 2 weeks after the 21st. We still had a few flowers blooming at that time but still never saw any more hummingbirds. Overall this was a good season for us, we saw 2 or 3 hummingbirds every day and never had the normal lull while they’re nesting. Looking forward to next year when they return and we’re already planning to try a few new plants for them. Some we’re going to try and grow from seeds during the winter.
